DRESS and APPEARANCE: Dress modestly to show respect. Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. Avoid extremes in you clothing and appearance. Dress appropriately for Church. It's the house of God.

FRIENDSHIPS: Choose friends with whom you share common high standards. Treat everyone with kindness and dignity. Be especially friendly to shy friends. Invite your non Catholic friends to Church activities.

HONESTY: Be honest with God. Be honest with yourself. Be honest with others.

LANGUAGE: Use speech to uplift and build up others. Never use profane, vulgar, or crude language. Never use the name of God irreverently. Do not gossip.

TV and MOVIES: View movies or programs that will uplift and inspire you. Avoid all forms of pornography.

SEXUAL PURITY: Treat your date with respect, and expect respect in return. Abstain from premarital sex, petting, necking, and the preoccupation with sex in thought, speech, and action.

REPENTANCE: Jesus waits to forgive you in the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Go to him frequently.
